There are two ways to implement an anchor text or URL change: through the Client Portal or via our Anchor Text Update Sheet.

Method 1: Using the Client Portal

To edit your anchor text or URL in the Client Portal, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your client portal: This can be accessed at client.outreachfrog.com.
  2. Navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section: Once logged in, go to the ‘My Orders’ section on the left hand menu in your client portal .
  3. Select the order you wish to modify
  4. Input any anchor text or URL modifications you wish to make Select the anchor text or URL you wish to update and make the necessary changes.
  5. Save your changes: Click ‘Submit’ to apply the updates.

Please note: for orders outside of the first month, if work has already commenced on those orders, any updates will be reflected in your next cycle.

Method 2: Using the Bulk Order Update Sheet

The Bulk Order Update Sheet allows you to schedule changes in bulk, for up to 12 months in advance.

To access and use this method:

  1. Download the Excel template: Download Bulk Order Update Sheet to your computer.
  2. Open the file and follow the instructions: The sheet includes detailed instructions on how to input your changes and schedule them.
  3. Submit the sheet: Once you’ve filled in the necessary information, save the file and submit it as per the instructions provided in the sheet.
